Prouts are well known for their strength and the seaworthiness to cross every ocean. They are designed with a relatively small, easy to handle mainsail, which is raised and lowered from the cockpit, along with a large furling genoa. Friendly Wave is also equipped with an asymmetrical spinnaker in a spinnaker sock for ease of handling, along with a staysail on a Schaefer roller furler. This catamaran features a master cabin forward, featuring a queen size bed, panoramic windows and an en-suite head and sink. Aft are two double cabins, each with a hanging closet, drawers, numerous cubbies for storage, three opening hatches, a reading light and a fan. The well laid out galley in the starboard hull features a deep stainless-steel sink, single handle pullout faucet with sprayer, saltwater tap, a triple burner propane stove, and a propane wall oven and broiler.
