When it comes to the quality built into a sport fishing boat, none compare to the Grady White boats. This Grady-White 300 Marlin is one of the more popular models with its deep-V hull and best-in-class deck layout. The SeaV is a continuously variable vee hull that delivers a soft and stable ride. Unlike other brands, a SeaV hull design has no two places on the keel where the deadrise is the same. The vee continuously sharpens from the transom to the bow stem. A SeaV hull with 20 degrees of deadrise at the transom will have around 30 degrees amidshipsmore than even the most radical older deep vee designs. The deeper vee forward means a softer ride at sea. SeaV hulls are designed exclusively for Grady-White by C. Raymond Hunt Associates, the originators of the modified vee. The Marlin 300 is a 30-foot walk around cabin with a stable, roomy cockpit full of fishing-friendly features including built-in rod holders, tackle station with sink, insulated bait box, insulated fish box and multiple drawers. Toe rails and the high interior freeboard provide an extra measure of safety for leaning out to gaff a fish. The stern of the Marlin 300 has a molded-in bench seat, swim platform with stainless steel ladder plus an 80-quart live well. The cabin has a forward V-berth and an aft double berth, as well as an enclosed head, microwave, fridge, stove, and new stereo system (2020). EPITELOS is … CONTINUE READING HERE
